Having been recommend to them, the Steyn Group approached us to help bring their upcoming Matter workspace, based on the bank of the iconic Camden’s Regent’s Canal, to market.
The space was being supplied as a CAT A managed lease, but they needed to inspire the possibilities of the amazing open split-level architecture designed by Chassay + Last, so we were asked to develop CAT B styling for the set of wider and more intimate vignette CGIs.
The nature of the 21,000 sqft split-level space was tricky to fully understand from the floorplans, so the CGIs needed to showcase the flexible nature this would give future tenants.
Other key features the CGIs needed to highlight included spacious high ceilings, a statement steel staircase and exposed services.
And with tech or creative tenants in mind, the styling needed to reflect this modern workforce.

The client had not yet appointed interior designers and so were very happy with our cost-effective workflow, enabling them to produce the brochure and website and bring to market quicker.
The CGIs also helped with final design decisions, by providing a much clearer brief for the designers responsible for other finishes that were included within the CAT A lease.
