F10 Studios were asked to produce supporting images for a successful planning application to change use from a residential scheme to a hotel in London.
Originally designed as a residential scheme by Make Architects, developer Ocubis bought in hotel specialist architect and interior designers Jestico + Whiles to change its use to a hotel.
The development is made up of two 24 storey towers incorporating a 600-bedroom hotel, situated on the Albert Embankment, London.
The Porte-Cochere shot shows the active frontage of the hotel welcoming people into the reception area.
An elevated CGI of the proposed hotel enhances the hotel terraces by showcasing the high quality riverside location with expansive views across the Thames.
Stephen Chatfield, Development Director at OcubisYour images have generated the smallest number of comments I have ever witnessed. That is a big compliment when it comes to your CGIs. Thank you!
